If a new Science account is created for 'Firstname Familyname', this typically results in an email address of the type 'F.Familyname@cs.ru.nl' and 'F.Familyname@science.ru.nl'. It seems however that the email address 'accountname@cs.ru.nl' is not automatically activated. We have to ask C&CZ explicitly to create this alias as well.
