Support Staff

Each section has its own scientific programmers available for support. The idea is that these people should be contacted first in case of a problem. If they can't solve the problem directly, they will contact C&CZ which is the support group of the whole Science faculty. These are the persons currently handling support issues.

  • A new scientific programmer will start in August 2010. Until then people from the Foundations subgroup should contact Harco for support and people from the Machine Learning subgroup should go to Engelbert or Ronny for support.

There are some other scientific programmers employed within iCIS, but they are typically only working for a specific project and should hence not be contacted for support problems.
